Why do we offer pre-law school prep and career mentorship?

Getting into law school may be all that is on your mind at the moment, but once that milestone is achieved the next challenge begins: preparation for law school and your future legal career.

Adjusting to law school can be difficult for many students. Whether it is the volume of reading, legal case analysis, exam style, or even the social dynamics of law school, it helps to be prepared for what you are getting into.

Kalaria Consulting offers pre-law school prep and career mentorship to all students we work with, unless opted out of. We do this since getting into law school is just the first step in your legal career. Curriculum focused on preparing you to navigate the rigors of law school and legal recruiting is essential to make the most of law school and set you on the path to success.

Law schools will offer career coaching and guidance through their career services office, however, given the volume of students at many law schools, these resources can be stretched thin and also not tailored to your specific needs. Couple this with the fact that law firms have started to recruit students for summer internships as early as the first semester of law school, so being prepared coming into 1L can be a huge advantage.

As an admissions consulting firm, we focus first on getting our students into law school. However, once this process is complete, we switch gears to offering our pre-law school prep and career mentorships services, in advance of you starting law school.

Please let us know if you have any questions and feel free to learn more about our offerings on the Services and Pricing page of our website.

Sincerely,

Parth Kalaria
